Bikram yoga, 90 minutes, 26 classic Hatha Yoga exercises in a 40 degree room. All classes on schedule. Limited space, pre register online. Use of showers and towels allowed. Rental mats not allowed until further notice. Follow required safe distancing, 1 meter distance in Yoga room. Studio opens 15 minutes before course begins.
