Das Classical Pilates Matwork eignet sich sowohl für Bewegungsneulinge als auch für fortgeschrittene Pilateserfahrene. Hierbei werden auf der Matte leichte und langsame Übungen zu einem fließenden und dynamischen Trainingsablauf verbunden. Pilates Matwork dient besonders dazu schlanke Muskeln zu formen, die Bewegungskoordination zu verbessern und die Kraft und Flexibilität der Muskeln und Bänder zu steigern.
Dabei werden Props angewendet, wie Pilatesrollen, (Tonic) Bälle, Circles und vieles mehr, um in die tief liegenden kleinen Muskelgruppen zu gelangen und eine gesunde Körperhaltung zu bekommen. Nach einer Pilatesstunde fühlen Sie sich in der Bewegung entspannter und verspüren eine starke Körpermitte, was Ihnen zu einer aufrechten und ausdrucksstarken Körperhaltung verhilft und Ihre Präsenz erhöht.
Matwork Level 2
Wenn Sie bereits einige Pilates Matwork Erfahrungen gesammelt haben, dann freue ich mich Ihnen leichte bis mittelschwere choreografische Abläufe zu vermitteln. Insbesondere Ihre Körpermitte wird davon profitieren und Sie erlangen eine ausdrucksstarke Präsenz, eine exakte Bewegungskoordination und mehr Flexibilität und Kraft.

- Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
- With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.
