This class takes the full 'T&T' experience to a completely new level! It is the perfect combination of 'T&T Pilates' and 'T&T Thunderstruck. No muscle stays untouched!

Our doors open 20 minutes prior to class, we kindly ask you to arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starting time. Doors will be shut 5 after the starting time of the class, if you will arrive late please let us know, otherwise we cannot guarantee that you can take part in the workout.

All of our classes are taught in English and most of them are designed for every fitness level; the trainer gives different variations of each exercise, which makes it suitable to every individual. EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

David is the Co-Founder of T&T and he is all about the challenge and the entertainment. He believes in achieving greatness through the process of embracing yourself, in order to push yourself over your own limits. His classes are a mix of pure entertainment and an intense workout, he will motivate you to a 1000% and before you know it, you’ll be finishing workouts you didn’t know you could. His playlists are like an iPod on shuffle, you will get a mix of everything and you’ll love it.
