Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.

About

Javier practices Yoga to align his spine, center the mind and remain aware. With a professional educative background, teaching Yoga for him is sharing technologies to inspire and ignite consciousness. He had the privilege to travel and teach Yoga around the world, feeling grateful for all moments of bliss and joy that he has experienced so far.

Education

I studied many disciplines of yoga in Buenos Aires, Santiago, California and India. I was looking to improve my posture due to scoliosis, and I was also interested in mindfulness. I found in Yoga a personal practice to promote my overall wellbeing.
