LOCATION:We have 2 Studios: in Opernring 1 and Elisabethtstrasse 6. This class is held in:

Opernring 1/R. Take the elevator at the doorman on the right side, 7th floor, door 717, 1010 Vienna

LANGUAGE: English.

Wir unterrichten nicht gleichzeitig auf Englisch und Deutsch. Wenn du kein Englisch verstehst, besuche bitte einen Kurs auf Deutsch.

A beautiful and special Pilates flow for the whole body on the famous Reformer Pilates machine. "Reformer Classic" is perfect if you are looking for a Pilates workout that will give you strength and energy.

PREREQUISITES: Reformer experience or min. 1x 'Reformer Beginners' class in our Studio.

IMPORTANT!

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. 'Late arrivals' considerably disturb the class flow.

Please bring your towel, sticky socks, water bottle, and in case of cold weather a warm sweater, because we open the windows before, during and after the class regularly.
