Mindful Core -
is a workout with an emphasis on the power center. The class will work to build core strength, lengthen the spine and tone the muscles. The abdominal, perlvic and back muscles are targeted the most. Daily core awareness is essential to keeping a good posture and strong center. The class builds up trough calming and active breathing exercises and finishes off in high intensity core training. Props such as Pilates ball, magic circle, core sliders, Feetup and fascia balls may be used.
