The 'Reformer Classic' class is a beautiful Pilates flow for the whole body. Compared to the 'Reformer Jumpboard' and 'Reformer Sculpt' classes, in which we take the classic Pilates exercises to the next level with fitness-inspired exercises and plyometrics, the 'Reformer Classic' is concentrated to strengthen and stretch our bodies with upbeat Pilates exercises.

PREREQUISITES: Reformer experience or min. 1x 'Reformer Beginners' class in our Studio.

IMPORTANT!

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. 'Late arrivals' considerably disturb the class flow.

Please bring your towel, sticky socks, water bottle, and in case of cold weather a warm sweater, because we open the windows before, during and after the class regularly.
