60 Minuten Inferno Hot Pilates. Hochintensives Intervalltraining (HIIT). Beteiligen Sie sich direkt im Studio. Einreise nur mit 2G, Nachweis für Geimpfte oder genesene Personen. Studio öffnet 15 Minuten vor Kursbeginn. In unseren Studios ist nur eine begrenzte Kapazität erlaubt. Eine Voranmeldung ist nicht erforderlich, aber empfehlenswert. Benutzung von Duschen und Miethandtüchern/ Yogamatten ist erlaubt.
