First time? We got you. During pre-class, we break down each of the 6 punches and the class format, so you know exactly what to do and when to do it.

WARM-UP

Ready or not — it's about to go down. Before we get to work on the bags, we’ll run through a cardio-fueled warm up.

CORE TRAINING

GLOVE UP — it's go time. You'll put the 6 punches to work, and throw combos that are simple to follow (but still make you feel like Rocky). Between each boxing round, you'll catch your breath with an active recovery.

GLOVES DOWN — you'll hit the floor for strength and conditioning using dumbbells and your bodyweight (all while keeping that heart rate up). Between each floor round, you’ll sneak in a quick active recovery.
