RE:STORE - Restorative Yoga

In this class, you will learn a wide range of restorative practices that reflect the full scope of its healing tools. This restorative yoga class is a radical act of self-care and a declaration that your health and well-being matter more than your To-Do list. In this practice you will experience firsthand that rest is a productive and necessary part of everyday living. You will learn to activate your body’s responses to counter the effects of stress and help your body strengthen your immune system, regenerate and recover from injuries quicker and bring the mind and the body the it’s nature star if homeostasis.

Please bring a sweater and socks with you to make sure that you are comfy and warm!

Important Information: To ensure a quiet arrival, please be at the studio at least 10-15 minutes before class starts. We start our classes on time and lock the front door at the beginning. If you are late, you will not be able to join the class. We ask you to be at the studio on time. Thank you for your understanding!
