Und hier setzen wir in dieser Stunde an. Mithilfe der Smoveys wird die Tiefenmuskulatur angesprochen und Verspannungen durch die sanften Vibrationen der Ringe gelockert. Der Rücken gekräftigt und der gesamte Rumpf gestärkt!
