Barre - Ballet Workout

Barre is a ballet based workout suitable for all levels. No previous dance experience is necessary. We start with a warm up in the centre, then move to the barre and finish on our mat. We aim to strengthen & lengthen the muscles and to improve coordination, posture, tone & flexibility. Set to a fun, upbeat playlist Barre will leave you feeling energized.
