Effektive Kräftigungsübungen vor allem für die Bereiche Bauch, Beine und Po. Übungen mit Kleingeräten und dem eigenen Körpergewicht straffen und kräftigen schwerpunktmäßig Bauch, Beine und Po. Die Musik motiviert und treibt zusätzlich an.
