IHP Plus combines bands and weights with pilates principles and high intensity interval training. workout in a warm room with 35 degrees and 40% humidity. Intense training full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve over all health and well being.

Studio opens 15 minutes before the start of the course. Only limited capacity allowed in our studios. Pre-registration is not necessary but recommender. Use of showers and rental towels/mats are allowed.
