Bikram Yoga (90) ist eine Serie von 26 traditionellen Hatha-Yoga-Stellungen und 2 Atemübungen. Pranayama-Atmung am Anfang und Kapalabhati-Atmung am Ende. Bikram Yoga wurde entwickelt, um Muskeln, Bänder und Sehnen wissenschaftlich zu erwärmen und in der Reihenfolge zu dehnen, in der sie gedehnt werden sollten. Die 26 +2 Sequenzen von Bikram Yoga bringen systematisch frisches, sauerstoffreiches Blut zu 100 % des Körpers, zu jedem Organ, jeder Faser und jeder Zelle, um alle Systeme wieder in einen gesunden Betriebszustand zu versetzen, so wie es die Natur vorgesehen hat.

Studio öffnet 15 Minuten vor Kursbeginn. In unseren Studios ist nur eine begrenzte Kapazität erlaubt. Eine Voranmeldung ist nicht erforderlich, aber empfehlenswert. Benutzung von Duschen und Miethandtüchern/ Yogamatten ist erlaubt.

Bikram Yoga (90) is a series of 26 traditional hatha yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises. Pranayama breathing at the beginning and kapalabhati breathing at the end. The studio opens 15 minutes before the start of the course. Only limited capacity is allowed in our studios. Pre-registration is not necessary but recommended. Use of showers and rental towels/mats are allowed.
