Tune into the weekend with this Friday lunch class. 

We tend to hold stress, to rush and work on the to dos all the way through the week. Eventually, we land into the weekend without energy. Make yourself a priority and give yourself a break :)

Our LIVE ONLINE classes via Zoom allow you to practice from the comfort of your home or your favourite outdoor spot, joining from anywhere in the world! We keep our groups small so we can keep an eye on your practice and adjust you personally.

Online stream

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:

  • This studio uses Zoom as their online streaming provider. Download the according app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone
  • Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
  • With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.

Cancellation conditions

Class registrations can be cancelled up to 2 hours prior to class start. In case of late cancellation or no show, the class will be deducted from your current abo. If the class is fully booked, you can register on the waitlist - if a spot becomes available, all clients on the waitlist will receive a push notification with the option to sign up for the class as per the usual registration process. No class is deducted when signed up on the waitlist. The Zoom link to join the class will be visible in your Eversports profile 15min before the start of class.
