Body Centering Pilates, a contemporary pilates format by Mag. Julia Kohout.
This class is focused on an intense training of deep physical structures, a strong core, a stable and flexible body centre . In addition there is always a focus on mobilisation, stretching, breath work, and the awareness of body placement and the relations of body parts to each other. The movement combinations correspond to modern body knowledge. All in all, attendees will experience a holistic workout, contemporary Pilates, which builds up deep physical strength, flexibility, and promotes body awareness. And the smile on your face when you realise: It will make you feel better!
