RE:STORE - Yin Yoga

Relax and the City: we come down with calm yoga styles, relaxation exercises and massage techniques. For those who want to exercise and relax at the same time for the end of the day.

Inspired by Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meridian Yoga, Qi Gong, Nuad, and Singing Bowl Massage.

Please bring a sweater and socks with you to make sure that you are comfy and warm!

Important information: to allow you to arrive with our stress, please be at the studio at least 10-15 minutes before the class begins. We start our classes on time and lock the front door at the beginning. If you are late, you will not be able to join the class. We ask you to be at the studio on time. Thank you for your understanding!
