Diese Klasse kombiniert Elemente aus (Hot Inferno) Pilates, high-intensity-interval-training (HIIT), Yoga und gezielten Kräftigungs- und Entspannungsübungen zu einer einzigartigen Mischung.
Diese Klasse wird live aus dem Studio gestreamt, ist also eine Hybrid Klasse.

'The one-hour live class is an all levels, challenging and sustainable full-body sequence using yoga and sport principles that strengthen muscles and boost your metabolism without the pounding of a high-impact workout.
Each class finishes with restorative yoga and some intuitive stretching. Integrating the low impact, high repetition, high-intensity strengthening and conditioning workout. Prepare to practice a wide range of movements on a mat. During class, we stream energetic music to increase your positive vibrations.'

Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.
