Her mission is to transmit & inspire children, teens & adults to connect with their true nature through breath & body movement. Her style is highly influenced by Mark Whitwell’s teachings on traditional Hatha Yoga at the Heart of Yoga.

Class registrations can be cancelled up to 2 hours prior to class start.
In case of late cancellation or no show, the class will be deducted from your current abo.
If the class is fully booked, you can register on the waitlist - if a spot becomes available, all clients on the waitlist will receive a push notification with the option to sign up for the class as per the usual registration process. No class is deducted when signed up on the waitlist.
