In this class, we will explore the intricate mind/body/heart system, and learn how to consciously relax, regulate our attention and strengthen our inner resilience. We will engage in gentle self-awareness and meditation practices while sitting, lying-down or moving.

mportant Information: to arrive at the studio without stress, please be there at least 10-15 minutes before class starts. We start our classes on time and lock the front door at the beginning. If you are late, you will not be able to join the class. We ask you to be at the studio on time. Thank you for your understanding!
