The classes take place on Zoom. WhatsApp +436765706388 before the beginning of the class to receive the link. You will also receive a recording available for you to re-watch. Your camera can be off or on, up to you. The participants are of course not being recorded.

The class is a mix of traditional Hatha, modern Vinyasa Yoga, and Sport Science. The intensity is suitable for intermediate yoga students or for fit beginners. Any previous sports experience makes it easier. Get ready to sweat. The focus is placed as well on strengthening the muscles, not only stretching. Mindful Yoga Workout. The difference between any other bodyweight workout is that we connect the movements with the breath, we create space for self-awareness. The workout is not the goal, but the tool that we use to find peace and calm the spirit. The busy, urban mind needs diversity and intensity which is why so many contemporary yoga styles evolved from traditional yoga within more or less a hundred years. What used to serve ancient people is not 100% applicable nowadays. Every class has a different topic, an additional focus on a certain part of the body or asana groups. We use a healthy understanding of the correct body posture and how we move with awareness so that we can implement this knowledge in our daily life. We track the effects of the Asanas on a physical, energetic, and psychosomatic level. Mag. Yordanka Naydenova combines in her teaching method five years of university sports education and traditional yoga the way she learned it in Rishikesh, India (known as the 'Yoga capital of the world'). Her unique classes are based on traditional Hatha yoga asanas, combined with elements from classical Ashtanga Yoga, contemporary Vinyasa flow sequences, and Pranayama techniques. The best of the eastern yoga knowledge, combined with the most important from the western sports science, balance between ancient wisdom and contemporary experience, these classes are not only what you need as a spiritual seeker in a modern world, but they will also strengthen your muscles and make you sweat. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Mag. Yordanka Naydenova is 29 years old, originally from Bulgaria, based in Vienna since two years. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree "Sport and Training" and a Master's degree "Sport Management with a special additional focus on Sports psychology" from National Sports academy "Vasil Levski", Sofia, Bulgaria. She is as well certified in "Fitness and Fitness-Bodybuilding", "Aerobics, Callanetics, Stretching" and "Sports journalistic". She has accomplished 200 hours Yoga Alliance teacher training course in "Shiva Yoga Peeth", Rishikesh, North India. Yordanka is not only an educated and a dedicated specialist who is constantly improving, but she is also a warm-hearted person who will welcome you as a close friend. Her mission is to create an inspiring and safe community where you can workout motivated and meditate mindfully.
