Good Vibrations - Feel Good Vinyasa with salty air in English

Enjoy this lovely and dynamic vinyasa class that will make your body feel great and put a smile on your lips. Lisa will be your teacher guiding you through class gently if you are a beginner, or show you how to take it a step or two further if you are a practiced yogi*ni.

This class is open for all levels, but it is of benefit if you've experienced yoga at least once before.

Please arrive 10 min before class, so we can start on time. We are located on the ground floor, right behind the elevator.
