In dieser Klasse fokussieren wir uns im ersten Teil auf Atemtechniken, die es dir ermöglichen Stress abzubauen und ganz im Körper anzukommen. Die Techniken wirken heilsam auf dein Nervensystem, stärken dein Immunsystem und deine Lungenkapazität und schenken dir eine große Portion mentale Kraft & Fokus. Im Anschluss gibt es ein tiefenentspannendes Gongbad, das dich dabei unterstützt zu integrieren und noch etwas tiefer abzutauchen.

The first part of this class focuses on Breathwork to reduce stress and arrive in the body. The techniques we practice have a healing effect on your nervous system, strenghten your immun system and lung capacity and gift you with a big portion of mental power and clarity. After the Breathwork, you are invited to lay down comfortably and enjoy a deeply relaxing Gong Bath. The vibrations of the Gong will allow you to sink in an even deeper relaxation state and integrate the practice as well as daily experiences.
