Ein paar Wochen nach der Geburt bietet dir Mama/Baby Yoga eine sinnvolle Anleitung, dich wieder zu bewegen, zu dehnen, zu strecken, zu kräftigen und dich in deinem Körper wieder so richtig wohl zu fühlen. Mit speziellen Übungen für Beckenboden, Bauch- und Rückenmuskulatur wird die Rückbildung unterstützt und dein Körper langsam wieder in sein harmonisches Gleichgewicht gebracht.

In der Mama/Baby Yoga Gruppe kannst du dich mit anderen Müttern austauschen und wertvolle Anregungen zu den vielen neuen Themen, die im Leben mit dem Baby wichtig sind, bekommen. Mama/Baby Yoga ist nach Schwangerschaft, Geburt und Wochenbett eine schöne Gelegenheit, in warmer und herzlicher Atmosphäre aufzutanken, Spaß zu haben und zu entspannen.

The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials).
