Diese tägliche GUTEN-MORGEN EINHEIT ist ein hervorragender Start in jeden neuen Tag. Du stärkst Deinen Körper, Deine positiven Gedanken, kommst in Deine Beweglichkeit, bleibst den Tag über in Deiner Ruhe. Deine Konzentration und Entscheidungskräfte fließen viel besser in den stressigen Alltag mit ein, sodass Du Dich täglich besser fühlst.
Diese Einheit wird jeden Tag von 6:00 - 6:30 Uhr live stattfinden, danach wird sie für 24h über einen Video-Call geschaltet.
Es ist völlig egal, welche Zeit Du Dir hierfür einräumst.

This studio uses Zoom as their online streaming provider. Download the according app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone
Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.

Im Yoga habe ich den perfekten Ausgleich für meine Arbeit als examinierte Krankenschwester in der Notfall- und Rettungsmedizin gefunden. Achtsamkeit, Balance sowie ein kraftvoller Körper und Geist helfen uns in unserem oftmals stressigen Alltag. Yoga bedeutet für mich aber auch Spaß, Lachen und Begegnungen mit herzlichen Menschen!
