Kinder Yoga "Kidding around Yoga"

Kinderyoga für Kinder zwischen 5 und 9 Jahren von einer zertifizierten Kinderyogalehrerin und Pädagogin. Unterrichtet wird in englisch :-) Welcome to yoga with Gaby! Originally from Macedonia, I spent most of my childhood and young adult life in the United States. Since 2006 I call Perchtoldsdorf my home, where I live with my husband and two children. Aside from being a Certified Kids Yoga Instructor, I am a Montessori Kindergarten Teacher and a English Native Speaker. Because of my international background, I can connect to children from all walks of life, origen and interests. As for my yoga classes, my goal is to introduce the joys and the important side of yoga, in a fun and loving way. Every class is filled with stretching and strengthening poses, breathing instructions, relaxation techniques, games, music and stories, all designed to improve kids coordination, body awareness, flexibility, balance and self regulation. Teaching yoga to children is my passion and I do it wholeheartedly with a lot of joy and silliness, of course! Hope to see you there.
