Balletonig ist ein Ganzkörper Workout Programm, mit Ballett, Jazz- und Modern Dance Elementen. Das Training ist für jeden geeignet, der seinen Körper mit tänzerischen Abläufen aktivieren, kräftigen möchte. Mobilität, Stabilität, Dynamik, Ausdauer, Kraft, Elastizität und vor allem , Spaß an der Bewegung!
Balletonig is a Whole-body Workout Program, with elements from the classical Ballet, Jazz- and Modern Dance. The training is suitable for everybody, who wants to to vitalize, to strengthen his body. Agility, stability, dynamic, stamina, power, elasticity and simply, to enjoy to move!**
Online stream
There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:
- This studio uses Zoom as their online streaming provider. Download the according app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone
- Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
- With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.

Franziska Wallner-Hollinek geboren 1977, in Wien
Ballettausbildung an der Ballettschule der Wiener Staatsoper
1995 Engagement als Corps Tänzerin des Wiener Staatsopernballetts
2000-2002 Mitglied des Königlich Dänischen Balletts in Kopenhagen
Nach diesem Auslandsaufenthalt, kehrte sie an die Wiener Staatsoper zurück 011 avancierte sie zur Halbsolistin des Wr. Staatsballetts
Mit Juni 2018 beendete sie ihre Karriere als Ballettänzerin
Bei Nissim Zoares hat sie ihre Ausbildung zur Balletoning- und
Stretch your Limits Trainerin absolviert.
Franziska Wallner-Hollinek, born 1977, in Vienna
Trained at the Vienna Opera Balletschool
1995 engagement as a Corps dancer of the Vienna State Opera Ballet
2000-2002 member of The Royal Danish BalletAfter her stay in Kopenhagen, she returned to the Vienna State Opera
2011 she advanced as a Demi-Soloist of the Vienna State Ballet
June 2018 she retired as a professional balletdancer
Nissim Zoares educated her to be a Balletoning – and Stretch Your Limits instructor.
