Re-connect - Das Konzept:

Wir kombinieren die kraftvollen Effekte von Yoga/Tanz, Atmung, Mindfulness, Neuropsychologie und Gruppencoaching um ein einzigartiges Erlebnis für dich zu kreieren.

Diese Arbeit erlaubt dir ans Licht zu bringen was deine Aufmerksamkeit braucht, loszulassen was dich nicht länger unterstützt und Raum zu kreieren für etwas neues - für mehr von dir selbst.

Das schaffst somit eine Basis für nachhaltige Veränderung, da du dich mit dir selbst auf allen Ebenen arbeiten und verbinden kannst: physisch, energetisch, emotional und mental.

Die Workshop Elemente erklärt:

Intuitive Movement: (Yoga und Tanz und dance): - Um dich in deinen Körper zu bringen, zu stärken und Spannung loszulassen.

Pranayama/ Atmung: - Um deinen Körper und Geist in Balance zu bringen.

Yoga Nidra: - Um loszulassen und Raum zu kreieren durch Arbeit mit deinem Nervensystem.

Group Coaching: - Um emotional und mental loszulassen, dich mit anderen zu verbinden und deinen Weg nach vorne zu setzen

Re-connect - The concept:

We combine the powerful elements of yoga/ dance, breath, mindfulness, neuropsychology and group coaching, to create a unique experience for you. This work will support you to bring to surface what needs attention, allow you to let go of what no longer serves you and make room for something new - for more of you.

This sets the basis for sustainable change, as you can re-connect with work with yourself on all levels and layers: physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically.

How you re-connect - The Workshop Elements Explained:

Intuitive Movement (yoga and dance): - To bring you home to your body, strengthen and release tension

Pranayama/ Breath: - To release and balance your mind and body

Yoga Nidra: - To release and let in by working with your nervous system

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:

  • Make sure to read the description of your booked activity in advance to know which streaming provider your studio uses for online streaming. Commonly used tools are e.g. Zoom, Youtube Live, Skype, Hangouts, etc. If necessary, download the necessary software or app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone
  • The access to the online stream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. You can find the link for the online stream in your online profile under “My bookings”. With a click on “Join online stream now” you will be forwarded to the corresponding page and you join the activity online!
  • Specific streaming providers, e.g. Zoom, allow participants to see each other through the video camera. If you do not want to show yourself or the personal environment, you can deactivate the camera function or cover the camera. The name you enter when you join the online meeting room will be shown to other participants. However, you can change your name at any time (e.g. only specify the initials).

Teacher

Christina Nina
Nina is a Mindful Leadership Coach and certified yoga teacher. After a severe burnout working for a management consultancy, Nina now supports people in re-connecting with themselves, so they can live a mindful life with high performance impact. Her unique approach mixes high performance coaching, neuroscience, mindfulness and yoga. Be it achieving your goals, shifting your career, or simply finding more happiness and meaning, Nina will guide you to find the answers, trust and courage within yourself. Christina is a former dancer and a 500RYT certified Yoga teacher based in Vienna. In her classes you truly feel that she is teaching by heart to help her students re-connect with themselves. Yoga is a tool for her to connect body, mind and soul. Shes carries and sees her students to live a life full of joy, gratutiude and love. “The biggest limiting belief is that you are limited”
