Fun names aside, on Friday, as always at My Pace, we'll bring our unique blend of playful and mindful elements to give you your FUNdamentally different FUNctional training! Expect HIIT, strength training with your own bodyweight and absolutely no seriousness!

A reminder for those nervous about their fitness level: Everything we do, we do with all fitness levels in mind; so the exercises are always adjustable to your level and you’re always strongly encouraged to take it at your own pace!

Spaces are limited, so be sure not to leave booking until the last minute!
