Gianluca Gentiluomo - Rope Advanced Workshop

For both levels, a first part will focus on specific physical preparation for the rope both in static and dynamic. During the Beg / Int course, static figures and positions will be proposed as transitions and passages in dynamics and fall. In both courses, particular attention will be given to roll-downs and roll-ups as an idea in being able to move and use the verticality of this tool. In the Advanced course we will work elements in dynamics within transitions and study of figures and strength climbs

Prerequisites: 1) practicing the rope for at least one year 2) hip-lock with straight legs but also bent arms 3) roll-down in the form of Helicopter (at least 2 full laps even with bent legs) 4) Back balance possibly keeping only the hand down 5) minimal approach to movements in dynamics and swing
