Aerial Duo Hoop Int.

Trainer: Antonia Cremer (AT) & Rosa Dreher (AT)

The class is adressed to everyone who already has a bit of experience with the Aerial Hoop and maybe has played around in it with a friend or even knows some Duo Tricks. We will work on mirrored poses, single poses that work together, transitions, counterbalances and dynamic moves. No partner required. Rosa started doing aerial techniques about eight years ago. She is currently working for a Vienna-based youth circus where she is teaching 6-14 years olds. Her focus in teaching lies on a clean form and ways to achieve stability and security, even in more complicated positions and choreographies. Antonia has been her congenial partner since they both started doing circus acrobatics. Their training and experimenting together have resulted in various choreographies combining symmetrical and asymmetrical moves as well as many base changes.

Antonia Cremer from Vienna started her circus and aerial arts journey at the age of 12 in the Zirkuswerkstatt. Within the years her Aerial Hoop partner Rosa Dreher and she started performing with other groups like the Rhizomatic Circus, which they later joined. In the last year she took the step to see a little bit more of the professional circus world by attempting the circus school 'Carampa' in Madrid. But now she has come back to study the body in a different form - physial therapy and happy to contribute to the austrain circus again!
