BEGINNER ROLL UP WORKSHOP ( Saturday-Sunday)
We’ll be explaining roll up theory, first on the floor to bring it to the air later. Progressions on the floor and other equipment like silks will take place during the first part of the workshop to finish on the rope with roll up family exercises.
Pre-Requisites to take part on it:
1 - Having a bit of experience on rope. Not necessarily dynamic rope.
2 - Wear proper clothes to make sure your belly is covered. It’s advisable to wear a ballet or gymnastic leotard so you can avoid unpleasant burns. It’s advisable to wear 2 layers of cloths covering your belly.
