Welcome to a fun and interactive workshop weekend. Erik will go through the technique behind all the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that makes up the Original Hot Yoga system. The goal of the workshop is that you as a practicioner will get more benefits out of every class. We will go through the postures one by one, common misunderstandings will be explained and there will be plenty of time for individual questions. This workshop is designed for everybody, from the absolut beginner to the very experienced Yogi. Laughter and Aha-moments are guaranteed and Erik will help you to get to your next level!

Before the workshop there will be a Bikram Yoga Beginners Class at 9:00am on Saturday and Sunday. For workshop participants this Bikram class will be for free.
