The 7 main chakras indicate basic psychological patterns that shape your thoughts, feelings and physical state. They make up who you are, how you appear to the outside world, and how you are perceived. Depending on the current state of these areas, you think, feel and act differently. Ideally, each of these areas is in balance. The reality, of course, is different.But the good news is that, with dedication and discipline, it becomes easier and easier to see if your chakras are healthy and aligned or lacking balance.
