Raknamycs - STRAPS (with Solrak)

In this session we will explore the endless possibilities of moving between floor and air, dancing with the Aerial Straps in a new and creative way. Different improvisation techniques aim to help you to create your own act or simply give inspiration for your daily training.We will focus on the rotation of our joints to get a better understanding of how certain movements in the air work. Different exercises will help us to strengthen smaller, but very important muscles and therefore prevent or rehabilitate injuries.Our goal is to not only understand our body in a rational way, but to create a better feeling and consciousness for our movements. 

Level requirements: suitable for intermediate and advanced aerial acrobats. You should be able to invert in the air and stay up for a few minutes.
