Why should I visit Achievement Coaching?

Professional and Personal Trainer-led Training since 2001, including Bootcamps, Personal Training, Triathlon Training and Running Coaching. Online Fitness Trainings since 2017.

What should I know of the first visit?

Just have fun and go with the flow! Our online classes are carefully designed classes based on sport science and lots of experience, to ensure a full body workout every time. There are always plenty of options for all fitness levels to get the best out of your training.

Do I need to bring any sport equipment or is it possible to borrow it at the facility?

There is no equipment needed but if you have you can bring a mat, dumbbells, kettlebells, or simply anything you can use as weights - such as cans of beans or filled water bottles - for extra toning.
