Hi, my name is Anna and I teach Mindful Vinyasa Flow and YIN Yoga. My goal is to help you to find balance between your body and mind and to deliver you an unforgettable Yoga experience. My Yoga style connects dots between ancient Yoga philosophy, anatomy, neuroscience and modern spirituality. “Anzi” is Italian and has several meanings, among them: “above and beyond”. My personal interpretation of “anzi” is putting a cherry on top of your Yoga practice. Looking forward to flowing and growing with you!
