Please bring Grip Socks for your Reformer Class. If you do not have any, don´t worry we sell some at the Pop Up Studio,

Please arrive 10 minutes in advance so your teacher can give you an introduction to the reformer.

What to bring: come as you are, just bring your gym wear and grip socks. You can leave your personal belongings in your lockers. Equipment: Please be aware that you need to wear grip socks for your reformer classes for your own safety. If you don´t have any, don´t sweat it, you can buy some at the studio.

If you can’t make it to class, that’s cool, please make sure you cancel your spot 24 hrs before the start of the class to not loose your credit and allow others to take your spot. If you cancel within 24 hrs of your class or do not show up, your credit will be deducted from your account.
