Namasté!

My name is Sara and I am certified Yoga Teacher - Hatha Yoga and Pre & Postnatal Yoga. Currently I am going through a "transformation" from a young HR Professional into a glowingly happy yoga teacher. I love my HR job because I enjoy working with people of different cultural backgrounds.

I found Yoga in 2016 and completed a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Vienna. On my yoga journey I have participated in several yoga workshops, lectures and trainings in India, USA, Thailand, Croatia and Austria with wonderful yoga teachers like Kino MacGregor, Michael Sidhamo Johnson, Astrid Felsenreich, Sandrine Kamhi, Dylan Werner, Patrick Beach and Adell Bridges.

Since December 2018, I have an additional "super power" - I am a "fresh Yoga Mommy"!

During my pregnancy, I have decided to broaden my knowledge and that is why in September 2018, I have attended and successfully completed a Prenatal Yoga Course (Ausbildung zur Yogalehrerin für Schwangere) at Wiener Yogaschule. After giving birth, I completed (in company of, at that time, 13 weeks old baby) a Pre- & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training Programme 90hrs at Little Yoga Room in Vienna.

With my yoga class "MaMasana - Yoga for Busy Moms", I would like to help “new moms” on their journey to get their “pre-baby body“ back and work with their amazing bodies and help them to increase and improve their strength and flexibility, and safely allow them to reconnect with their bodies (new body shape).

Combining traditional Hatha Yoga with creative sequences and a dose of inspiration from my students, make my sessions vibrant and unique. I will encourage you to build a strong foundation for more dynamic and advanced yoga practice.

Allow me to be your yoga teacher, your inspiration and motivation to create your new self-care routine.

Questions and Answers

What should I know of the first visit?

  • Please come to the studio on time. Try to be there at least 10 minutes prior to the class.

  • Meet the teacher and exchange a couple of words, and if you have any injuries or health issues please share this with the teacher.

  • Being early in the studio gives you enough time to change clothes and to choose your mat space in the room.

  • What to wear? Wear clothes that are comfortable and that make you feel good about your body. It is advised not to eat any (big) meal at least one to two hours prior to the practice. It's not good to do yoga on a full stomach and it's not the best idea to do it on a completely empty stomach either. Go for a banana/apple or a handful of nuts or some other light snack.

  • Move slowly and mindfully. Simply don't rush, trust your body and feel it! If it doesn’t feel good, go slowly out of the pose. Ask the teacher to demonstrate an alternative pose which might be more suitable for you!

Do I need to bring any sport equipment or is it possible to borrow it at the facility?

Bring your Yoga mat with. If you don't have a yoga mat, you can get one in the studio at no extra charge.

What do I need to do if I have booked something but am not able to come?

We understand situations can occur so if you booked a class and missed write to me and we will find a solution for you.

Cancellation of yoga classes can only be done via the online system (Eversports). A cancellation of yoga classes is possible without penalty up to three hours before the beginning of a class. If canceled later, the full amount will be charged. Private sessions may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the beginning of the class, otherwise these will be charged the full amount.

What else should I know of?
