Namasté!
My name is Sara and I am certified Yoga Teacher - Hatha Yoga and Pre & Postnatal Yoga. Currently I am going through a "transformation" from a young HR Professional into a glowingly happy yoga teacher. I love my HR job because I enjoy working with people of different cultural backgrounds.
I found Yoga in 2016 and completed a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Vienna. On my yoga journey I have participated in several yoga workshops, lectures and trainings in India, USA, Thailand, Croatia and Austria with wonderful yoga teachers like Kino MacGregor, Michael Sidhamo Johnson, Astrid Felsenreich, Sandrine Kamhi, Dylan Werner, Patrick Beach and Adell Bridges.
Since December 2018, I have an additional "super power" - I am a "fresh Yoga Mommy"!
During my pregnancy, I have decided to broaden my knowledge and that is why in September 2018, I have attended and successfully completed a Prenatal Yoga Course (Ausbildung zur Yogalehrerin für Schwangere) at Wiener Yogaschule. After giving birth, I completed (in company of, at that time, 13 weeks old baby) a Pre- & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training Programme 90hrs at Little Yoga Room in Vienna.
With my yoga class "MaMasana - Yoga for Busy Moms", I would like to help “new moms” on their journey to get their “pre-baby body“ back and work with their amazing bodies and help them to increase and improve their strength and flexibility, and safely allow them to reconnect with their bodies (new body shape).
Combining traditional Hatha Yoga with creative sequences and a dose of inspiration from my students, make my sessions vibrant and unique. I will encourage you to build a strong foundation for more dynamic and advanced yoga practice.

Über das Team
Sara ist eine “frischgebackene Mama” und eine Power-Frau, die nach nur 9 Monaten Karenz wieder Vollzeit arbeitet und nebenbei aus Leidenschaft Yoga unterrichtet. Sara möchte nicht nur deine Yogalehrerin sein, sondern auch deine Kameradin, deine Motivation und Inspiration bei der Erstellung deiner Yoga und Self-Care Routine.
