Nathalie is a 500 h certified yoga teacher and loves to teach a challenging and creative vinyasa style. Most of her classes are very powerful and sweaty, so she makes sure you get the most out of it ;) Besides this she offers a bunch of gentler classes which are great for yoga beginners or yogis who want to deepen der knowledge about the right alignment. You can join her almost everyday on the mat and practice with her live! Make sure you have enough space, a mat and maybe some probs if you need them.

Online Class, daher Raumqualität, Atmosphäre & Sauberkeit nicht anwendbar. Super Stunde gehabt und Nathalie hat alles gut angeleitet, sie war gut zu verstehen und sehr sympathisch, Sympathie finde ich beim Yoga auch sehr wichtig.

"Nathalie is a 500 h certified yoga teacher. As a former ballet dancer she knows all the tricks how to get flexible and become really strong. She also knows all about the self doubt and and low self esteem people can experience. Yoga helped her to calm her mind and to start loving herself. That's why she wanted to become a yoga teacher and share the joy can bring. She did her 200 h YTTC as well as her 300 h YTTC in Goa, India at Sampoorna Yoga. In 2019 Nathalie went back to India to teach on Yoga Teacher Trainings for 200h Graduations for 6 months. Since then she has been building her community of students around the world by teaching online live classes."
