About the class
Total body Vinyasa flow, working on balance and flow, using the breath as a tool. A 60 minute class that brings you up and down on the mat. We start with a grounding neck and shoulder sequence and gently move into our vinyasa practice.
About the trainer/teacher
I'm a registered nurse with a background in Emergency and Vascular Access nursing so my main goal in class is to be safe, use proper body mechanics and most importantly to be kind to our bodies while getting a kick-ass workout.
