About the trainer/teacher

My yoga journey began 8years ago during a major life change. Always the gym junkie of high intensity workouts.... something unconsciously drew me to a yoga class offered at the gym one morning. That yoga class was confronting but yet healing at the same time. Soon thereafter, I enrolled in a pre-Ashtanga teacher training, the physically demanding practice drew me in even further. I decided to follow a vinyasa flow teacher training and have been teaching ever since. I have over 300+ hours of trainings under various international yoga teachers and am continuously in pursuit of more knowledge and teaching skills. My classes are upbeat, energetic and dynamic, designed for all levels. I hope to offer my students a safe space to explore and connect to their deepest nature.
