'Afro-Latin Yoga Experience“.

A powerful vinyasa flow Workshop created to connect with the feeling of liberation and joy through the rhythm of drums. The magical sound of drums accelerates physical healing, boosts the immune system and promotes the production of endorphins getting feelings of well being.

This unique experience begins with the practice of the multiple sequences of Sun salutations, then we move into a dynamic flow that includes afro-latin moves and rhythms focusing on liberation of negative emotions, bad habits and fears. It ends by a yin practice to allow the mind and body to soften, to be grounded and enter into a serene state of receptivity.
