This workshop is for anyone who would like to open up their body to a new way of moving. Stretching safely makes your body healthier, stronger, and more resistant to injury. When used appropriately, flexibility training allows us to become more in tune with our bodies. It is a form of active relaxation that can improve both mental and physical health. We will talk about why and how our bodies respond to stretching and explore ways how to safely increase our physical range of motion. All levels are welcome.
