So many of you asked for it. And for this I am so grateful! Thank you for letting me know that you want to flow with me in English more often! I am happy to announce that I will offer an Inside Flow Online Class on the 27rd of November at 2 pm (CET).

Enjoy a 75 minutes masterclass with Nicki! In her Inside Flow class Nicki will lead you through a beautiful flow to good music that slowly will build up a choreography. You will feel wonderful while flowing from one asana into the next. The highlight is a song that will reach your heart, as you are going to create an intention for yourself which will bring you even deeper into the state of yoga. After flowing through this special sequence that matches the song energy, you’ll get a well deserved cool down stretching part and a short meditation to round up your experience on the mat.

Also a good thing: RECORDING INCLUDED! Enjoy the recording for 24 hours to do the practice on a more convenient time for you, or to repeat the flow-experience!
