Nailstanding therapy is an ancient yogic and Buddhist practice from India aimed at spiritual and physical healing. It involves standing on specially designed boards with nails ( Sadhu Board) , focusing on physical health and healing diseases through pressure on acupressure points in the feet. This releases stress hormones initially, followed by happiness hormones, enhancing mood and energy during and post-practice. 

The therapy's main benefit lies in relaxation, as the brain targets pain points during the standing, which relaxes the connected nervous and fascial systems.
