Du bist Schwanger und möchtest wissen, wie du deinen Beckenboden auf die Geburt vorbereiten kannst? Und du möchtest dich jetzt schon bestmöglich auf dein Wochenbett vorbereiten?
Dann ist dieser Workshop genau das Richtige für dich!
Ich zeige dir Übungen speziell für das Ende der Schwangerschaft und auch schon welche, die du im Wochenbett machen kannst!
Gemeinsam erleben wir viele Übungen und es ist auch noch genügen Zeit für Austausch und Fragen. Wir besprechen die Wichtigkeit des Wochenbettes und deine Vorstellungen und Wünsche für die Geburt und die Zeit danach. Du bekommst von mir sogar ein paar Babymassagegriffe, mit denen du deinen Schatz von Anfang an verwöhnen kannst.
Der Workshop findet ab 4 Teilnehmern statt.
Du kannst ganz entspannt von Zuhause aus, über Zoom an dem Live Workshop im Studio teilnehmen.

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:

- Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
- With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.
