Schenke dir deinen perfekten Start in den Tag In diesem Workshop lernst du, mit welchen Tools und Übungen du das schaffst.
09.00 Uhr bis 11:00 Uhr danach gemeinsames Essen.
Ich zeige dir Yogaübungen für den Morgen, eine Atemübung und eine Meditation.
Je nach Vorliebe, kann deine Yogapraxis sanft und entspannt, oder kräftig und sportlich sein.
Du bekommst Ideen und Rezepte für leckeres und kräftigendes Frühstück, Affirmationen für einen positiven Start in den Tag und weitere Vorschläge für Aktivitäten für den Morgen.
So kannst du aus einer Fülle an Ideen wählen, um dir deine Morgenroutine für einen perfekten Start in den Tag zusammen zu stellen.
Natürlich bekommst du auch alles in Handoutform mit nach Hause mit damit du dir nicht alles merken musst!

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:

The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.
