We explore the foundations in detail followed by intermediate/advanced postures. You learn how to build required strength & flexibility. Step by step tutorials help you to enter/exit every pose safely and provide a deep understanding of holding each position in a most efficient way. This fun and strong workshop also teaches you how to best protect your wrists & how to use props as support.
